All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay). We do not store payment details.
3. Product Use & Information
All Élevé Edit products are for external cosmetic use only.
Any information on our website or packaging is for general information purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
You are responsible for determining the suitability of our products for your personal use. Always follow directions for application and safety.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, imagery, and trademarks on this website are the exclusive property of Élevé Edit.

Program Overview
By consenting to Élevé Edit’s SMS/text messaging service (“Service”), you agree to receive recurring automated messages from and on behalf of Élevé Edit through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Messages may include:

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation is completely voluntary.
Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies. We do not charge for this Service, but message and data rates may apply as determined by your wireless provider. You are responsible for any such fees.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available).
You will receive a one-time confirmation message.
If you are subscribed to multiple Élevé Edit text programs, you must opt out separately from each one.

Number Changes
If you change your mobile number, you will need to re-enroll with your new number. We are not responsible for messages sent to numbers that have been reassigned.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change our sending number or short code at any time and will notify you where possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Élevé Edit is not responsible for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, any errors in information transmitted, or actions you take in reliance on the Service.
Privacy
