Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• During high-demand periods (launches, sales), please allow an extra business day for processing.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We partner with Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

• Standard Shipping: $8.95 – Estimated delivery 2–7 business days (location dependent).
  
• Express Shipping: $12.95 – Estimated delivery 1–3 business days.
  
• Complimentary Standard Shipping: Orders over $80 AUD.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

• Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location.
• International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees applied upon arrival.
