Refund policy

At Élevé, your satisfaction matters deeply. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which guarantees certain rights that cannot be excluded.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products. However, if the item is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at your expense.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect (wrong item)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photo evidence. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange as per your rights under ACL.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. We’ll notify you once your refund is processed.
