Returns & Refunds Policy

At Élevé Edit, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees rights that cannot be excluded.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.
If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping is at your own expense.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
We will arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange in line with your ACL rights.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved and processed.
